Fri, Oct. 30 from 3:30-6:30, Feather Blue Studios is hosting a children's costume contest and photo shoot at Java Train Cafe in St. Paul. There will also be a place for children to do crafts. Volunteers are needed from 3pm-7pm to help with crafts and assist photographer Shannon Tacheny with her photo sessions.
