I was fairly new to the Twin Cities and looking for a meaningful volunteer opportunity that would allow me to use skills from my secular job for a Christian organization that needed help.

I heard about this website when I was listening to KTIS. I went to the site as soon as I got home and found the perfect opportunity right away - Media Specialist for Operation Christmas Child. It was the perfect opportunity for me! I am able to use my background in media relations for an organization that is now very near to my heart. - Sarah

Like any business in these tough economic times, our ministry is trying to make the most of the resources we have. One way we are doing that is by incorporating more volunteers. The volunteer response we have gotten through this site has been a huge blessing to our ministry.
